Do you need volunteers to help with the event?
Yes!!! Please sign up to volunteer by contacting Patti Lusk. We need volunteers to help procure items for the auction, to help with auction preparations, and to help the day of the auction!
Will there be babysitting available the night of the auction?
Babysitting services will not be available.
What is the appropriate attire for this affair?
Denim and glitzy western wear.
What forms of payment for auction items will be accepted?
We will take cash, checks and major credit cards the night of the auction.
Do items won at the auction have to be paid for the night of the auction?
Yes.
Will tickets be available the night of the event?
No. Reservations are required for this event. Please be sure to reserve your seats early!
